Genuinely Italian in designers and artisanal skills, Monte Carlo Yachts is the Italian brand well-known in the luxury motor yachts segment. Giorgio, Monte Carlo 86, is graced by inimitable design and spacious guest areas, unprecedented levels of equipment, decors and furnishings in the very best Italian and French manner. This semi-custom motor yacht launched in 2018 offers 4 cabins for flexible accommodation for 7+ 1 guest, carrying onboard 4 experienced crew members.

Exterior

Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, Giorgio has impressive performance when it comes to speed and great efficiency thanks to her planning hull. Monte Carlo 86 is a small super yacht that combines customization and clever production. Powered by twin MAN engines, this Monte Carlo 86 comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaching a maximum speed of 20 knots.

Giorgio’s lines are an exemplary expression of Monte Carlo Yachts' signature design. She has balconies that fold out on both sides of the dining area, expanding the lining space onboard. The flybridge of this yacht is forty feet in length- including a bar, couches, hot tub, and lounging space. There is also a remarkably stylish and comfortable lounge area with sunshade on the bow, geniously integrated into the rest of the boat.

Interior

It is visible that when designing Monte Carlo 86, the interior space was important. The shipyard offers five alternative layouts available and Giorgio has one with 1 Convertible, 2 Double and 1 Twin cabin. The crew quarters and galley are towards the front and on both decks and the guest cabins have most of the beamiest part of the craft. Even in Twin cabins, the beds are six feet six inches long and are over thirty inches wide. Monte Carlo Yachts is not known for doing things halfway, so when it comes to interior, shipyard works with Nuvolari - Lenard in Venice to create any type of interior you can think of.

Materials and workmanship seen throughout the 86 model are second to none, from designer fabrics from Armani Casa, Hermès and Pierre Frey to pickled oak and walnut fabricated furniture. Furthermore, bathrooms were adorned with Italian stone and gold handmade Murano tiles.

Water toys

Aboard the luxurious Giorgio, adventure awaits at every turn with a suite of water toys to elevate your time at sea. Glide across the waves in the powerful Williams Sport Jet 395 tender, dive beneath the surface with two sea bob F5s, or the underwater scooter. Explore the coast on one of two SUP boards or jet board. Enjoy the sea with the e-foil, water skis, inflatable tube or wakeboard. Discover vibrant underwater worlds with snorkeling gear that’s available on hand.

FAQ

The best period for yacht charters in Croatia spans from spring through autumn. Pre-season begins around Easter and lasts until early July, featuring changeable weather, moderate sea temperatures (up to 23°C), longer days, and fewer crowds. July and August represent peak season with warm seas, temperatures above 30°C, crowded bays, and vibrant nightlife. September and October offer warm and pleasant weather, shorter days, fewer crowds, and lower prices—perfect for a relaxed, romantic vacation.

Tipping isn't mandatory but is customary, typically ranging from 5% to 15% of the total charter cost, depending on your satisfaction. Tips are usually given directly to the captain, who distributes the amount among all crew members.

APA is essentially a pre-paid budget (around 30-40% of the charter fee), usually paid about four weeks before your yacht charter begins. It covers onboard expenses such as gourmet meals, fine wines, fuel, marina fees, local taxes, and any special requests you have. The captain will handle these funds transparently, maintaining detailed records and returning any unused balance at the end of your charter. APA is a common practice for luxury yacht rentals worldwide, especially on yachts with larger crews.

The rental cost for a yacht always refers to a seven-day period and covers yacht hire, insurance, and crew services. Additionally, there's a mandatory 13% VAT. Expenses for supplies, fuel, marina fees, and extra services are covered separately through the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), typically about 40% of the charter price. Delivery and return fees may also apply if your charter doesn't begin or end at the yacht's home port. Your preferences listed in advance help the crew fulfill your specific requirements.

Start by clearly defining your needs and budget. The crucial factor is the total number of guests, as this determines the yacht’s size and cabin layout. Pay close attention to whether cabins have double or twin beds and check the dimensions of double beds. Yachts generally offer high-quality personalized service, though service quality depends on crew size. You'll fill out a preference list beforehand to ensure all your wishes are met during the charter. After deciding these points, choose your preferred period for cruising.
